Look like a flag preparing for next drop maybe its wrong. Right now Euro bulls very strong and could offer resistance but it might be minor and then break through to the upside. For now I think at least a retest of the 1.32 high and dollar index seem to be supporting that view. Otherwise a much more complex pattern could be developing longer term this has te potential of becoming and impulsive move at least to retest the 1.3240 high we're bullish from now on till end of June. Bye the way based on 4th and 1th if the breakout of 1.3010 should be it 1.2980 even some more. Other hand breakout of 1.3050 continue towards 1.3070 - $1.31 even more.
