I wouldn't consider buying until $1.27 I will still expect price to prior to down move before a small up. Today already eu support line breaks 1.2940 so expect price to go around 1.2880 then 1.2850. Other hand if the breaks 1.2970 then go high arond 1.2990 - 1.3018 then more 1.3080. The real impact will not happen until Cyprus bank re-open on Wed day whether there is mass panic.
